Almost 1 year in Chicago before we get to the legacy pizza house.
"Well, well, well! Look who's here!"
That's what Mr. Giordano said to us when we walked in.
"Car break down? You need a tow?"
"No, we would like a pizza."
"Get the hell outta my restaurant!"
Well, not exactly. Actually, this never happened.
The deep-dish pizza and antipasto salad were pretty, pretty delicious.
But too much crust. We'll try the thin pizza next time.

I say, quite literally.
I ordered C11: Chicken in Garlic Sauce (Hot!)
Superbly delicious.
Plus! Luo's scored a very high 89 in the 2008 Sanitation Inspection Results!
You should have seen some of those other restaurants. Ew!
Their egg rolls have a bit if peanut in them. Yum!

Honest, Mom! I didn't cook our new lovebird, Kiwi.
He just likes to play in the microwave.

Bichon Shih-Tzu? Yes, all over the floor.
Double-D had the double-blowouts for more than 3 days.
Yow! What a stinkin mess. She must have felt awful. Just to be sure she didn't have anything seriously wrong, I took her to the vet, who gave her some vomit-prevention meds and some saline. Come back in two days, if she isn't better. The canned dog food (she usually gets the dry kibble) suggested by the doc was not touched. I think DD would have rather died than eat that bland mash.
But she really liked the chicken Mimi made for her, as well as the Dog Whisperer canned food. It's organic. She must be really spoiled.
Double-D is feeling much better now, thank you.
Now we're best drinkin' buddies.
