Not a good idea
As soon as I saw the enormous line inside Portillo's, I walked right out.
But when I noticed the drive-thru line was really short, I jumped in the car and sped for the order window.
But slobbering down an Italian beef on your lap in a parking lot is not the best dining experience.
You wouldn't want photos of anything later than this.

Gold Coast Dogs on Wabash in Chicago.
Yes, I do order my hot dogs well done
to prevent "Nathan's Revenge".
Look at this charred remnant.
Anyhoo, I did eat it and It did taste better than it looked.
But hey, Gold Coast: Work a little on the presentation.
