Yeah!  Leftover sloppy joes are the best.
After the wildly successful poker party last Thursday, I had about 8 pounds of ground round left over, since I overestimated the appetite of my friends.  OK, maybe I overestimated the quantity of my friends.

Well, Sunday afternoon, I once again created the best sloppy joes on the planet.  Lots of garlic, onions, green pepper and garlic.  Perhaps I forgot to mention the garlic.

I'm a pretty bad cook, but this is one dish I don't immediately chuck in the garbage.
