raw meat is awesome.
So to start off with we had a luxury roll (naturally the over the top roll) that had flakes of gold on top, accompanied with a spicy tuna roll and a plain tuna and cucumber roll.
And for myself I tried to keep carb conscious, so I had miso soup, salad and this (see picture) fatty tuna and octopus.
The fatty tuna melted in my mouth while the octopus was very tentacally - if that's a word.
