Food for thought.
The other day I had stopped at a privately owned family restaurant for lunch. I ordered the grilled stacked ham and cheese. KEY WORD STACKED. I got two thin slices of what I think was sliced can ham and one slice of cheese with about 15 to 20 chips, and it took almost 20 minutes to get it.
